Asnija Wati Hj. Imam Asmui, Consultant



Asnija Wati Hj. Imam Asmui carries 12 years of working experience in every aspect of learning and development practices, specializing in corporate culture and professional ethics. She started her career as a lecturer at Institut Usahawan Bumiputera, a subsidiary of MARA, specializing in the entrepreneurship development, Economics, Business Administration and Marketing. Before leaving to join Boustead, she was the Head of Division for a joint venture program with London College of Management, UK.

Being part of Boustead for 9 years, she had the privilege to contribute in various aspects of training. She was involved in the overall training activities for the Group’s Training and Development and was responsible for the development of training modules for in-house programs as well as their delivery.

Her many strengths include the start-up of learning and development operations from zero base, positioning of character development and professionalism in relation to company’s business and image, consultation on professional ethics and personal morality, and personal-branding development. In turn, she provides her advice and strategies in helping clients understand the value and the power of professional ethics, and the impact of public perception on their professionalism to the business brand and image.

An economics graduate of the State University of New York, Buffalo USA, she is a certified trainer for the 7 Tabiat Orang Yang Amat Berkesan since 2001.
