Abdul Halim Muda, Consultant

En.
Abdul Halim holds a Master of Business Administration (U.S)
majoring in Management & Marketing and a Diploma in Training
Management from the Institute of Training and Development, Slough
College (U.K). He has been in the field of training and development
for the past 15 years. His strength is in the area of organizational
development and corporate culture.
He
started his career as a lecturer at MARA Institute of Technology,
Selangor, lecturing students in Business Studies, Banking, Accountancy,
Business Administration, Marketing, and Cost and Management
Accounting. Before leaving to join the banking sector, he was
the Head of Diploma in Credit Management.
As
Head of training in Management Faculty and Senior trainer in
one of Malaysia's leading Financial Institutions, he had trained
over a thousand staff inside as well as outside his organization.
His program curriculum included Clerical Development, Motivation,
Corporate Values, Supervisory Skills, Leadership, Corporate
Teambuilding, Problem Solving & Decision Making and Customer
Care. His banking experience also included managing the bank's
corporate clients.

Abdul Halim is a licensed instructor for Kepner-Tregoe's Problem
Solving and Decision Making, and is a Licensed Facilitator for
FranklinCovey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®
program. He enjoys close working relationships with such professional
bodies and Institutes as Leadership Resources (FranklinCovey
Leadership Center), Asian Institute of Management, Kepner Tregoe
Malaysia, and is presently the Reviewer for IBBM Examinations
(Management Papers) - the Banker's Institute.
