Ms Kim Yeong is a Consultant and Corporate Trainer with FranklinCovey Malaysia. Her expertise as a Consultant and Corporate Trainer is built on a solid foundation of more than 20 years of rich corporate and business exposure.

Her passion as a Consultant and Corporate Trainer is in alignment with FranklinCovey’s mission, that is, “To inspire and enable individuals and organizations to effectiveness and greatness….” Areas of special interest include Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Focus & Execution and Service Quality Excellence.

Kim is one of the Master Trainers for FranklinCovey programs including the highly acclaimed “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®”, “Leadership - Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results®”, “The 4 Disciplines of Execution®” and “Focus - Achieving your highest priorities®.

In addition, she is a certified Trainer for “Crucial Conversations®” by Vital Smarts and a certified Trainer with the American Management Association.

Kim holds an MBA from the University of Bath, U.K. and is a DIMP Bronze Medalist (MIM). She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K. and currently serves on the panel of Adjudicators for the National Annual Corporate Report Awards jointly organized by KLSE, MIA, MACPA and MIM. For leisure, Kim enjoys music, squash, swimming, reading and traveling.
