Muhammad Radzi Zainal, Consultant

En. Radzi has been a Licensed Facilitator of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People®” training program since 1997. Currently he is in the panel of facilitators for Leadership Resources (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Prior to him assuming his current position, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of an Information Technology (IT) solutions company, a subsidiary of a larger group of companies specializing in the IT industry.

In the 11 years tenure with the Group, he has been actively involved and led IT project management and change management for the Group’s Y2K compliance. His field of expertise is also evident in the area of Corporate Services for Human Resources and Training, Quality Assurance and Standards for ISO 9000, and as the lead auditor for Quality Management Systems.

En. Radzi’s ability to bring together the science of quantitative management and the art of qualitative / collaborative leadership is something to be admired. Inevitably his skills led him to manage and lead Organizational/People change & development initiatives together with Mentoring programs.

His involvement in The Seven Habits® is deep and far reaching. The leadership role he undertook during the incorporation of the Habits in the quality management systems and change initiatives in his Group is seen as a major strategic component among the critical success factors of the Group.

En. Radzi is an avid golfer and a rugby player. His other interests are reading and listening to music.
