Mr. V Sitham

Mr. Sitham is the Consultant in charge of Business Development in Leadership Resources (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd; the organisation bestowed the responsibility of managing the licensee office of Franklin Covey Inc., USA.

Mr. Sitham has an academic degree (U.S.A) in Information Systems Management and was a valedictorian in his area of specialisation. He is now pursuing his MBA.

Prior to this he worked as a teacher and also taught in various colleges as a lecturer preparing students for further studies abroad.

During his tenure with LRM since 1995, he has taught, developed, and delivered programs and processes centered on business development and sales. He is a licensed facilitator and a trainer of the highly acclaimed 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®, Helping Clients Succeed® (Sales Training), and businessThink® - making effective business decisions.

Mr. Sitham believes in transferring knowledge into action. His day-to-day activity of communicating and collaborating with clients – both internally and externally is a true testament of this. He continuously manages and nurtures some of the Company’s largest and influential clients.

Mr. Sitham has conducted workshops to a broad spectrum of clients both local and international. Some of these clients are IIUM Holdings, Saujana Resort, UEM, Peremba, VA Tech SAT, DIGI, and Kimberly Clark.

Mr. Sitham is the youngest from a family of three. He enjoys reading, travelling, and listening to music, other than badminton and occasional hiking.
