FRANKLIN
COVEY FACILITATOR TRAINING & CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Our
core strategy at Leadership Resources (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is
to empower our client organizations. One of the most effective
ways we do this is by licensing representatives of organizations
to teach our materials to their own people at their own locations.
We have designed the Franklin Covey Train-The-Trainer Program
to prepare these representatives to effectively fulfill
that role.
By
attending the FranklinCovey Train-The-Trainer Program and after
meeting other specific requirements, representatives can be
certified to lead the people in their organizations through
the specific Franklin Covey curriculum.
What
they learn will enable them to promote long-term, sustainable
change in people and in the work teams or groups in which they
function.
The
sage Lao Tzu once said, "Give a man a fish and you need
him for a day; teach him how to fish and you feed him for a
lifetime." This powerful workshop teaches people how
to "fish".
PROPOSAL
OUTLINE
The
Facilitator Training Workshops are specifically designed for
organizations that intend to nurture a critical mass of employees
into principle centered organizations. It is also for organizations
that want to revitalize their current training effort with something
that works and aids the implementation of other HR initiatives.
LICENSE
AGREEMENT (for Organization & Facilitator)
Organizations
will have to sign a License Agreement that entitles them to
teach the specific Franklin Covey Programs, using their Certified
Facilitators. These facilitators will, likewise, need to sign
a separate Facilitator Agreement that entitles them to teach
the training program to authorized company personnel only.
There
are 2 types of agreements that need to be signed, namely:

IN-HOUSE
VIDEO IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM FOR License Agreement
This
Agreement will be signed by the Organization and Leadership
Resources (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd We term this agreement,
the 'Organizational License Agreement'.
It
will only be a 'one-time' signing and this is meant for an
organization that is going through the licensing process
for the first time.

Facilitator
License Agreement
This
Agreement will be signed between Leadership Resources (Malaysia)
Sdn Bhd and each individual facilitator from the
organization that wishes to be licensed.
This
Agreement will have to be signed every time an organization
decides to send in new participants for the Facilitator Training
Program.
